Our grades
Three ways to enjoy authentic Iberian ham
Acorn-fed, Field-fed and Feed-fed: the same commitment to tradition and artisanal curing, three distinct personalities. The Sierra de Huelva marks the starting point for all three grades; the difference lies in the way each pig has been reared and fed, something you’ll be able to taste in every single slice.
Purebred acorn-fed Iberian ham
Iberian ham at its finest. A product that starts life in the wooded pastures and develops its flavour over time. Purebred Iberian pigs reared free-range and fed on acorns and grass during the ‘montanera’ (fattening season). Careful selection, tradition and expertise come together in a meticulous production process and a long curing period, following the natural rhythm of each piece to achieve the marbling, succulence and depth of flavour that are the hallmarks of authentic Iberian ham.
Field-fed Iberian ham Crossbred Iberian ham
The perfect balance between the open countryside and expert know-how. Iberian pigs reared extensively, outdoors and in contact with the natural environment. Here, they forage for natural resources and their diet is supplemented with high-quality feed. Each piece is nurtured through time, careful selection and meticulous preparation to develop a juicy texture, a balanced flavour and the unmistakeable character of Iberian ham.
Feed-fed Iberian ham Crossbred Iberian ham
Iberian craftsmanship for everyone to savour. Iberian pigs reared and fed on a feed-based diet. Careful preparation and precise curing times result in a tender texture and a balanced flavour, perfect for enjoying Iberian ham every day.
